1. General Provisions

This User Agreement governs the use of the SimFolder platform — a software tool for interacting with user-owned equipment equipped with SIM cards. The service provides an interface for such equipment through a web panel and API, initiated by the user.

SimFolder does not provide communication services, does not interact directly with SIM cards, and is not a data transmission intermediary. All responsibility for the connected equipment, external integrations, and transmitted content lies with the user.

2. Terms of Use

• The user independently connects their equipment and operates it via the SimFolder interface or API.
• The platform does not provide phone numbers, does not store SIM cards, and does not engage in SIM rental.
• Embedded modules for third-party integrations are accessible solely at the user’s initiative and require personal registration on external platforms.
• SimFolder does not profit from these platforms and is not responsible for their content, functionality, or compliance with applicable law.

3. Responsibility

• The user agrees to use the hardware and software in accordance with the laws of their country. SimFolder bears no responsibility for user actions.
• The platform does not provide features for spoofing subscriber identifiers and does not expose undocumented or unofficial AT commands.

4. Personal Data (GDPR Compliance)

SimFolder does not request identification documents or bind accounts to personally identifiable information unless explicitly required by law.

The platform’s servers are located in jurisdictions outside the EU. However, SimFolder respects the principles of the GDPR. Users may control the storage of any data (e.g., SMS, USSD, or call logs) from their personal dashboard. By default, data storage is disabled. The user may set a custom retention period from 5 minutes to 1 year, or disable it entirely.

SimFolder does not process special categories of personal data, does not share user information with third parties, and does not use it for profiling or advertising.

5. Restrictions

• Using SimFolder for spamming, fraud, copyright violations, or disruption of other services is strictly prohibited.
• The platform does not provide public access to messages or call content and does not monitor user activity.
• Integration instructions are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsements or recommendations.

6. Payments

Payments for SimFolder services are made via available payment methods in accordance with the selected features.

7. Changes to Terms

SimFolder reserves the right to amend this User Agreement at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the current version of the terms.
